Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, oregano, cinnamon, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly.
  2. Form mixture into 1-inch sized meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides.
  4. Remove meatballs and drain on paper towel-lined plate.
  5. Add browned meatballs to pressure cooker with enough broth to partially submerge.
  6. Seal lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  7. Allow natural pressure release before opening. Serve hot with dipping sauce or alone.

Notes

To save time, prep the meatball mix ahead, and skip browning if needed—just pressure cook raw meatballs directly in broth. Store leftovers in fridge or freezer for easy future meals.
